Terms of Use
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of this site. By opening any page on this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. They are written to be read by a working professional rather than a lawyer, but they form a binding agreement between you and the operator of this site, referred to below as "we" and "us".
What this site is
This site is an independent publisher of reference material about advertising networks and traffic sources, such as our page on Popunder Ad Network. We describe how those platforms price traffic, what their controls do, what they charge to start and how they pay out. That is the whole of our function.
We are not an advertising network and we are not an agent of any platform described here. We do not sell traffic, operate accounts, hold funds, process payouts, approve websites, moderate creatives, or take any part in the relationship between you and a platform. Every contract you enter into with an advertising network is between you and that network, on their terms, and we are not a party to it and cannot enforce, vary or intervene in it.
Who may use the site
The material here is intended for people acting in a business or professional capacity in advertising, publishing or affiliate marketing. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. Some platforms covered here carry inventory in age-restricted verticals, and where that is relevant to pricing or competition we report it as a characteristic of the platform. Nothing on this site is directed at consumers of those verticals or intended to promote them.
You agree not to use the site in any way that breaks the law, infringes anyone's rights, or interferes with its operation. That includes automated scraping at a rate that degrades service, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure, and republishing our material in a way these terms do not permit.
Affiliate links and how we are paid
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and open an account with the platform, that platform may pay us a commission based on your subsequent activity. This costs you nothing: the terms you receive are the platform's standard terms, and no part of any commission is deducted from your balance, spend or earnings.
Affiliate relationships do not buy editorial treatment. No platform reviews our content before publication, none can pay for placement or position, and none can require the removal of a limitation we have reported. Comparison tables are ordered by a rule stated on the page carrying them, never by commission rate, and they contain no scores or rankings because we publish no scoring methodology that a reader could audit. Where a partner platform is more expensive or less capable than an alternative that pays us nothing, we say so. Our full commitment on this is set out in the editorial policy.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We take considerable care with facts. Figures are checked against primary material where the platform makes it available, cross-checked against independent sources where it does not, and dated so you can see how current they are. Where a figure could not be verified, we say so on the page rather than presenting it as established.
Even so, this material describes commercial terms that change without notice and often without announcement. Minimum deposits, payout thresholds, formats, targeting options, supported payment rails and geographic availability can all change between the date on a page and the day you read it. The content is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Before you commit money, verify the terms that matter to you inside the platform's own interface or in writing from the platform. Where our pages identify a figure as unverified or contested, treat that as a direct instruction to check it yourself.
No professional advice, and financial risk
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and no page creates a professional relationship between us. Content is general information published for a broad audience and takes no account of your budget, jurisdiction, vertical, risk tolerance or commercial circumstances.
Buying advertising traffic carries a real risk of loss. Campaigns can fail to convert, budgets can be spent without return, traffic quality varies, and platform policies can change or accounts can be restricted. Publisher revenue is equally uncertain and depends on demand, geography, season and inventory quality. Any decision you take after reading this site is yours alone, and you accept the financial consequences of it. If a decision has significant commercial or legal implications for you, take advice from a professional who knows your situation.
Intellectual property
All text, structure, tables, layout, code and original graphics on this site are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and quote short extracts for your own reference or for commentary, provided you attribute the material to this site and link to the page you took it from.
You may not republish substantial portions of our content, copy our comparison tables, or use our material to train, fine-tune or ground an automated system that reproduces it, without our written permission. Product names, logos and trade marks belonging to advertising networks and other companies remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and reference only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship in either direction beyond any affiliate relationship disclosed above.
Links to other sites
This site links to advertising platforms, standards bodies, published research and other external resources. Those sites are operated by other people. We do not control their content, their terms, their pricing or their privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination, and the presence of a link does not mean we have verified every claim made there. Once you follow a link you are subject to that operator's terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here. That expressly includes lost advertising spend, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of business opportunity, suspended or terminated platform accounts, and any indirect or consequential loss, whether or not we were told such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you rights that cannot be contracted out of, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies, those rights are unaffected. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred New Zealand dollars.
Availability
We do not guarantee that this site will be available without interruption or free of errors. Pages may be added, changed, marked obsolete or withdrawn at any time, and a page you relied on previously may no longer say what it said. Where a page has become obsolete we mark it rather than deleting it, so that anyone who acted on it can see what changed.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date at the top. Material changes are summarised on this page when they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force and the unenforceable provision is treated as modified to the least extent necessary to make it valid.
