This page lists every way to reach the editorial team and explains which route gets the fastest useful answer. We read everything that arrives, including messages telling us we got something wrong, and corrections are the category we act on first. Choosing the right address below will get your message to the person who can actually resolve it rather than into a general queue. Who we are and how the site is funded is set out in about, and the person who writes the coverage is profiled on the author page.
Where to write
| Topic | Address | Typical response |

| Corrections and factual errors | [email protected] | Reviewed within 2 business days |
| General enquiries and feedback | [email protected] | Within 5 business days |

| Privacy, data and GDPR requests | [email protected] | Within 30 days, per statute |
Reporting an error
A useful correction has three parts: the address of the page, for example Popunder Ad Network, the exact sentence or table cell that is wrong, and what the correct information is. A source we can check, such as a screenshot from inside the platform's own interface or a link to its published terms, moves the process considerably faster because we verify before changing anything.
What happens next is set out in full in our editorial policy. In short: we check the report against primary material, correct the page and update its check date if the report is confirmed, note the change on the page where it alters the substance of what we said, and write back to you either way.
Privacy and data requests
Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal information should go to [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate the relevant records. Please state which right you are exercising and, if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California or New Zealand, mention that, since the applicable procedure and deadline differ by jurisdiction. The full picture of what we hold and why is in the privacy policy.
Partnerships
Advertising networks, traffic sources and tool vendors are welcome to get in touch about affiliate arrangements, and access to a live account for testing is genuinely useful to us. Two conditions apply from the outset. Editorial control is not part of any arrangement: partners do not review copy before publication, cannot influence position in a comparison table, and cannot have limitations removed. Guest posts, sponsored articles and link insertions are not accepted on any terms.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher, not an advertising network. We do not operate accounts, hold balances, process payouts, approve sites, moderate creatives or intervene in disputes between you and any platform written about here. If a payment is late, an account is suspended or a campaign is rejected, the platform's own support is the only route to a resolution and we have no ability to escalate on your behalf.
We also do not provide personalised campaign management, financial advice or legal advice. Advertising spend can be lost, and every decision made on the basis of material published here remains yours. That position is set out formally in our terms of use.
Response times
We are a small editorial operation rather than a support desk, which means replies take days rather than minutes. Corrections are prioritised because an uncorrected error affects every subsequent reader. Statutory privacy requests are handled within the deadline set by the applicable law regardless of queue. Messages that are unambiguously bulk outreach, link-building offers or sponsored content pitches are not answered.
